On November 6-7, 2025, The King’s University in Southlake, Texas, hosted its first annual Symposium on Global Antisemitism. I was privileged to present a paper there discussing the contributions of various Messianic Jewish and Jewish mission organizations in the fight against antisemitism. Here is a short synopsis of what the Messianic Jewish world is doing to take a stand against antisemitism.
The Messianic Jewish Alliance of America (MJAA):
Founded in 1915, the MJAA is the world’s largest fellowship organization of Messianic Jews. In 2016, the MJAA launched the Alliance for Israel Advocacy (AIA) to advocate for Israel from a biblical perspective. The AIA is led by a board and staff of Messianic Jews, who equip the Christian church to stand with Israel. The AIA combats antisemitism through a variety of efforts, including written materials published online and lobbying on Capitol Hill. In addition, the organization publishes press releases and actively engages the media.
Union of Messianic Jewish Congregations (UMJC):
The UMJC was founded in 1979 by leaders of 19 North American Messianic Jewish congregations. The UMJC now serves 75 congregations in eight countries. Although the union is primarily a fellowship organization, its commitment to combating antisemitism is evident. The organization has released statements officially opposing antisemitism. Since the October 7, 2023, terrorist attack against Israel, representatives of the UMJC have traveled to Israel to serve the Messianic Jewish leaders and to deliver material aid to Israeli soldiers on the front lines in Gaza.
Tikkun Global
Founded in 1978 by Dan Juster, Tikkun Global is now a fellowship of Messianic Jewish congregations. Eight Israeli congregations, 30 U.S. congregations, and several ministries internationally unite under the umbrella of Tikkun Global. The organization is led by its president, Asher Intrater, and a senior oversight team, which includes Juster. In a video on antisemitism, Intrater addresses it as “a spiritual hatred that is a hatred against God.” In one of Tikkun’s monthly publications, Intrater wrote: “We must constantly expose the lies of militant Islam, in its satanic hatred of Israel, the West and Christians. We don’t want to demonize anyone—but want to pray for all those under the deception of Islam to be set free, and come into the revelation of the Son of God, Yeshua.” Tikkun addresses antisemitism as a spiritual evil that must be dealt with through prayer.
Chosen People Ministries (CPM)
Founded by Rabbi Leopold Cohn in 1894, Chosen People Ministries (CPM) is an international Jewish evangelistic organization whose mission is “to pray for, evangelize, disciple, and serve Jewish people everywhere and to help fellow believers do the same.” Although the organization is primarily evangelistic in its focus, a search for antisemitism on its website yields 192 search results, including a host of articles and podcasts addressing antisemitism. Following the October 7, 2023, terrorist attack against Israel, CPM launched a new organization, Coalition Against Antisemitism (CAAS). CAAS exists “to oppose antisemitism through education, activism, public demonstrations, rallies, lectures, social media, and initiating various public events with a particular emphasis on college campuses.”
Jews for Jesus
Perhaps the most well-known among Messianic Jewish organizations, Jews for Jesus is a Jewish mission organization founded in 1973 by Moishe Rosen. Jews for Jesus has been instrumental in taking a stand against antisemitism; in France, the organization has made significant connections with the Jewish community through its fight against antisemitism. The Jews for Jesus website contains numerous articles on the subject, including an article on nine ways Jewish believers in Jesus should fight antisemitism. Jews for Jesus uses the New Testament to demonstrate that Christianity should not be antisemitic, addressing the problems of antisemitism from a theological perspective. In addition, Jews for Jesus addresses antisemitism in its magazine publication, Inherit, tailored to younger generations of Jews. Furthermore, the organization directly targets gentile Christians in some literature, inviting them to partner with the Jewish community to stand against antisemitism.
Jewish Voice
Founded in 1967 by Jewish evangelist Louis Kaplan, Jewish Voice is a Jewish mission organization that does humanitarian work and shares the Gospel with Jewish people worldwide. Led by Rabbi Jonathan Bernis since 1999, Jewish Voice remains primarily concerned with evangelism. Nevertheless, the organization also addresses antisemitism. Jewish Voice published a booklet on antisemitism entitled “Why Satan Hates the Jews: The Spiritual Roots of Antisemitism.” Bernis asserts that antisemitism is a spiritual problem instigated by evil forces of the spiritual world, and he attributes the ongoing problem of antisemitism to Satan. Moreover, the Jewish Voice website encourages its readership to take action steps to combat antisemitism, including prayer, educating oneself and others, speaking up against antisemitism, supporting Jewish-owned businesses, reporting antisemitic incidents, challenging biases, and voting responsibly.
The Jewish people are diligently working to fight against antisemitism, but they cannot do it alone. Did you know that in Nazi Germany, there was a Jewish organization that fought hard against antisemitism, but lost its effectiveness when it lost its Christian partners? Let’s join Jews (both Messianic and non-Messianic) in the fight against this evil.
